In some instances, your order may be canceled due to the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, the item ordered is out of stock, or the item does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

PACKAGING

Our products are packed in a Joomi Lim jewelry box. If the item is a gift purchase you have the option to include a personal message during checkout. This message will be printed on a Joomi Lim Postcard and included in the package.

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes.

Joomilim.com offers promotions periodically. To receive notifications for our sales and other Joomi Lim news, please subscribe to our newsletter. Joomilim.com is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to you in the form of a store credit by coupon, which will be valid for 12 months.

REDEEMING A PROMOTIONAL CODE

Occasionally we run offers using promotional codes. When placing your order, simply follow these three steps to redeem your discount. Type in the code in the promotional code box on the payment page and click “REDEEM”. Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary on the payment page and then click “Continue”.
