DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE

Joomilim.com is happy to offer free shipping on US orders (excluding Hawaii) over $100, Hawaii orders over $250, and international orders over $450. For other options, refer to the table below.   

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. During Holiday or Sales orders ship within 1-4 business day. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is a pre-order, please note the extended delivery date within the order invoice. If you have other product(s) on this order and wish for it to be received in 2 shipments, extra shipping charges may be applied.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.

REFUSED SHIPMENT

If you refuse shipments from Joomilim.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties. If we are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York state. If we are shipping internationally, Joomilim.com is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Once Joomilim.com has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

INSURANCE

If package is lost, damaged or tampered with during transit we will provide store credit. No refund will be made.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Joomilim.com does not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-3 day express service). Joomilim.com is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and to Russia.

PACKAGING

All items come in a Joomi Lim pouch. We also offer gift wrapping for $5 per item. Gift wrapping includes Joomi Lim pouch, Joomi Lim jewelry box, and Joomi Lim ribbon. If you would like your item gift wrapped, please purchase through this link: http://joomilim.com/collections/all/products/gift-wrap

Then adjust the quantity of however many items in your order you would like gift wrapped. If you would only like part of your order wrapped, please specify which items in the "notes" section.
